Elena Faye | Fairy Extraordinaire

You're NEVER too old to play dress up.

Elena Faye is proof that playing dress up is fun and looks great at any age!  This little mini shoot was a blast to do and even MORE fun to edit.  I have wanted to do some more dramatic editing for a while and Elena agreed to be my subject.

I wanted to portray her as a mythical creature and bring out her AMAZING eyes to create a life like fairy.  Welp, mission accomplished I'd say!  This wonder brought the beauty to the table and I got to capture and enhance it.

This shoot has inspired me to do others like this with intense editing.  

I just love when a product turns out how I imagined!

I Was A Millennial Fairy ......| Fairie Festival, Spoutwood Farm, PA

I do believe in Fairies. 

I do. I do.

Sometimes us adults get caught up in our busy lives and lose touch with our inner child.  

I often jump at any opportunity to let mine run wild! 

That being said, you can guess that Halloween is one of my favorite holidays and themed parties set my soul on fire!  One could say I have Peter Pan Syndrome.  One could also say I'm a tad quirky....and one would be right on both accounts.  

Escaping the everyday humdrum and being someone or something else for a day can be amazing therapy.  Having a few hours to escape reality should be on everyones to do list once in a while.

And so one lovely weekend it happened.......I was a fairy.  I had fairy friends and we went to a fairy place with other fairies & we were cute & there was music &dancing and fun a plenty!

Of course I could not go without documenting such fun so here are a few photos of the awesomeness that ensued that magical day.

I have felt so honored to have photographed this families major life events.  Here I am again taking photos for my old college roomie Alyssa, this time with a new addition to the family!

Welcome baby Emma--The cutest little chubby-cheeked angel!  

Emma did such a great job being patient with us grown ups and giving me a chance to catch the best shots.

I am so excited to share these photos with all of you and could not have been happier with how they turned out.

Emma is a part of a wonderful family and I wish them all the very best always.
